"Good prices in the liquor department"
I stopped by Woodman's liquor department last weekend and had a good experience. The beer and whiskey sections were easy to browse, and the prices were better than I was expecting. For some reason I also remember there was one random cart with a squeaky wheel parked near the bourbon aisle, which stuck in my head.
One of the workers helped me track down a bottle I was looking for and didn’t make it feel like a hassle at all. Checkout was quick too, so overall I left happy with it. I’ll definitely be going back

"Good store, but the online help was frustrating"
I usually like shopping at Woodman’s, but the customer service on the site kind of annoyed me. I sent in a question about my order and got this super short reply that didn’t really answer what I asked?? So I tried again, and it took another day just to get basically the same type of response. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not very helpful either.

"Great place to save on groceries"
Woodmans has been really good for saving money on groceries. The prices are just usually lower than other stores around me, especially for basic stuff and snacks. It’s not fancy or anything, but I don’t really need fancy when the total at checkout is that much cheaper

I use Woodman's Markets often, the site itself is fine, but the stock situation is really frustrating. I’ll add items that clearly show as available, plan my groceries around them, and then later they’re suddenly out of stock or swapped for something else. That’s on them for not keeping the inventory updated properly.
The prices are usually decent and the site is easy enough to use, so it’s not a total disaster, but it gets annoying when you can’t trust what you’re seeing. If something isn’t actually available, don’t show it like it is. They really need to fix their stock updates because customers shouldn’t have to guess.

"Easy Parking and Smooth Entrance"
I know it’s a small thing, but I really appreciated how much parking there was. I didn’t have to circle around or squeeze into some weird tight spot, which always makes a difference. The doors were easy to get through too, no awkward heavy pulling or narrow entryway situation. Just a simple, hassle-free experience from the moment I got there

"I found a cart quick, so that..."
I found a cart quick, so that part was good. But it was kind of sticky on the handle, which was not great to touch, and the wheels made this squeaky noise the whole time. It worked, just not in a very nice way.

"The sale signs are really clear"
I like shopping at Woodman's because the sale signs are actually easy to read. Like, you can tell right away what item the price is for, and you don’t have to stand there guessing or double-checking everything. It makes comparing items a lot quicker, i just like not being surprised when I get to checkout. It’s a simple thing, but it really does help.

"Checkout was smooth"
I was mostly just trying to get my grocery order done without overthinking it, and the site was easy enough to move through. I added what I needed, double-checked the cart, and everything felt straightforward. One thing I did appreciate, kind of after the fact, was that woodmans-food.com lets me choose from a few different payment options, so I didn’t have to go hunting for one specific card. I just picked what worked that day, checked out, and my payment went through with no weird issues.

"Coupons actually worked smoothly"
I used Woodman's site to look up the weekly coupons and check a rebate before I went shopping, it was easier than I expected. The rebate info matched what I saw in the store, which was a relief because I always wonder if I’m missing some fine print or doing it wrong, you know? I saved a few bucks without having to jump through any weird hoops. Seems worth using again to me.

"Always Enough people Around"
Every time I go in, there seem to be plenty of employees working, even when the place is Busy. The checkout lines usually move quick, and if I need help, I can normally find someone without wandering all over. It just makes the whole shopping trip a lot less Annoying.

"Good prices, but the layout is a bit of a maze"
Woodman’s definitely has solid prices, so I get why people shop there. But the layout can be confusing. The aisles are really long, and some items just aren’t where I’d naturally expect them to be. I ended up spending way more time than I wanted just trying to find basic stuff. The signs help a little, sure, but not enough when the store is busy and you’re just trying to get in and out. It’s a good store overall, but the setup could be a lot easier to navigate

"Quick and easy gas stop"
Stopped by the Woodman's fuel station to fill up and it was hassle-free. The prices were better than the other nearby stations, the pumps worked fine, and I was in and out quickly. I’ll keep coming here as long as it stays that way, but if the prices stop being competitive or the pumps start becoming a pain, I’d probably take my business somewhere else.

"Fresh food, but not perfect"
The meat was really fresh, and the seafood tasted great, which I definitely appreciated. That said, I do think there’s still a bit of room for improvement, maybe with the overall variety or presentation. Still, the quality of the main items was solid and I’d probably come back.

"Easy to stop by after work"
I really appreciate their long hours because it actually makes my week easier. I can get off work, stop in without feeling rushed, and still pick up everything I need for groceries

"Kind of a letdown"
I don’t know, I was hoping it’d be better, but the bread was really dry and the deli meat tasted like it had been sitting around too long. Just didn’t feel fresh overall

"Usually Solid Bagging"
The bagging was good for the most part. It seems like they usually keep the cold items together, because mine were all in the same bags, and nothing ended up smashed. One bag was a little heavier than I would’ve liked, but I’m assuming that was just how the order got sorted that day. Overall, it was fine and I didn’t have any real issues.
